Birtek Turizm Seyahat Acentası ("Company", "we"), within the scope of the Dubai Vize Başvuru Merkezi services offered via dubaivize.com, attaches great importance to the privacy of your personal data. This Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed
Given the nature of the visa application intermediary service, the following data categories may be processed:
- Identity data: full name, national ID number, date/place of birth, nationality, gender, parents' names.
- Passport and travel data: passport number and validity dates, travel dates, trip details.
- Contact data: phone, e-mail, address.
- Visual data: passport-style/biometric photo, images of passport and supporting documents.
- Payment data: transaction amount, order/transaction reference and masked card information. Your full card number is not stored by us; payment is processed on the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution/bank.
- Transaction security data: IP address, log records and application tracking details.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Preparing the visa application, submitting it to the relevant official authorities and following it up,
- Establishing and performing the contract, and carrying out pricing and payment processes,
- Sending application status, document and outcome notifications,
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, TÜRSAB and applicable legislation),
- Managing requests and complaints and improving service quality,
- Securing evidence and protecting rights in legal disputes.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Pursuant to KVKK Art. 5/2, your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
- The Company fulfilling its legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç),
- Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e),
- Our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f).
Where these grounds do not apply, your personal data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Domestic and International Transfer
Due to the nature of the visa application, in order to finalise your application your personal data and documents are transferred abroad to the competent immigration/visa authorities of the United Arab Emirates (ICP/GDRFA) and the relevant consulate/intermediary systems. This transfer is mandatory for the performance of the service you request; by creating and confirming your application you give explicit consent to this transfer. Data may be shared with a licensed payment institution/bank for payment processing and, where legally required, with authorised public authorities. Your data is otherwise never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. In addition, visit/usage data collected through the measurement tools used on our website (Google Analytics 4 — Google; Yandex Metrica — Yandex) is processed on those providers' servers located abroad. You may opt out of these tools using the methods described in our Cookie Policy.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation/retention periods stipulated in the applicable legislation (tax, commercial and TÜRSAB regulations, etc.). Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately, request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, request that these actions be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred, object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", in writing to the address above or by e-mail to [email protected]. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the process entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged per the tariff set by the Board.

Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to operate, functional cookies that remember your preferences, and analytics cookies that measure visit statistics. For analytics we use our own self-hosted infrastructure as well as Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex); the data these tools collect is processed on the providers' servers located abroad.
